We had our old and outdated cooling system replace with a new refrigerated system; ducts included. Victor truly takes pride in his task, and it shows through his craftsmanship and dedication to his work. Victor keeps you advised in the process from day 1 to finish and he is always available for questions. He is exceptional in his work ethics respecting your home and property while he and his crew work. We hired and trusted Victor to complete this transition and he did so with amazing results. I came home from being out of town and my air conditioning unit was not working. It was 86° in my house, I called Victor and he came out right away and fixed it. He has done several things for me over the years and I recommend him very highly. He is prompt and his prices are fair. Victor is awesome. I needed my 3 ton roof top unit moved so the roofer could get under it to fix a leak. Victor and his crew came over the same day and moved it and then properly set it back. They saved me a lot of hassle. Thx!

Refrigerated Solutions is an excellent choice if you value quality options, clear explanations, fair & straightforward pricing, obsessive attention to detail, and prompt follow-up to questions/issues after the installation (there is always something). Our new (older) split-level house was a relatively difficult heating/cooling retrofit – analysis of existing system and structural issues, actual installation, and budgeting. Six months on we’ve used both heating and refrigerated air and are very pleased. Victor and his techs are thoroughly professional, take pride in their work and are a pleasure to work with. We recently had an issue with our furnace. It is frustrating as a homeowner because you don’t know who to call. I quickly turned to the web to call 3 dealers for my American Standard furnace. Of the 3 that were contacted, they were the only one to return my call. While I can understand if the weather were extremely cold, and service calls were overwhelming, it is frustrating that HVAC companies that say they have 24 hour service don’t actually have service or call backs for potential customers.
